Our Privacy Philosophy

Friedman, Rosenwasser & Goldbaum, P.A. (“FRG”, “We”, or “Us”) has developed web sites located at www.frglaw.com and www.franchiselaw.com and related web pages (collectively, the “Web Sites”) to facilitate your access to information about our firm. This Statement of Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) outlines our privacy procedures applicable to the Web Sites. Privacy policies for information collected from any other source may be different than the policies expressed here. By visiting the Web Sites you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

USE OF THE WEB SITES DOES NOT CREATE AN ATTORNEY CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

The best way for you to initiate possible representation is to call or e-mail one of our attorneys. A conflict-of-interest procedure will then be performed. When you receive and sign an engagement letter from one of our attorneys, you will then be our client, and we may exchange information.
